210D PA
We use the extremely robust polyamide fabric with 210D for the weight-reduced Lite models in the Rise series. Thanks to the dense and extremely fine structure of the fabric, both of the polyamide fabrics are extremely tear and abrasion resistant. The double PU coating protects from moisture with a water column of 1500 mm.
600D PES
Woven from 600 denier polyester yarn and with a thick PU coating, this tear resistant and light fabric is highly versatile. Whenever it’s about keeping the weight of the backpack as low as possible with moderate stress, then this is the ideal solution. The “deuter Super Polytex BS” version is produced in compliance with the stringent bluesign®standard. Its features and stress factors are identical.
- * D stands for denier. This describes the yarn weight. 600D corresponds to 600 grams per 9000 meters.
- * PES stands for polyester. PES fibres are very tear and abrasion resistant and hardly absorb moisture.
- * PA stands for polyamide. PA fibres are extremely durable and abrasion-resistant. They are also characterized by high elasticity and low weight.

VERY COMFORTABLE, CONTROLLED FIT WITH EXCELLENT VENTILATION
guaranteed with the light Delrin® U-Frame contact back construction. It keeps the weight of the load compact and close to the back and therefore close to the body's centre of gravity. At the same time the back is pleasantly ventilated with the open-pore Aircontact cushions and the ventilation channel.

PACKED AWAY COMPACT

SL Women’s Fit
This model is also available in the SL version. The SL back length is specific for women: on average, women have shorter backs than men. The carrying system in the SL model is therefore somewhat shorter than in the Deuter standard backpacks. In addition, the carrying system is specially adapted to the female anatomy. - Two Aircontact padsin special breathable hollow-chamber foam distribute the load evenly. The Aircontact pads perform a pump effect, whereby every movement prompts the exchange of air, resulting in optimum back ventilation. The result: 15% less perspiration than with previous body-contour packs.
- Anatomically formed hip finsfor freedom of movement and body-hugging carrying.
- Flexible, tensioned Delrin® U-shaped frameprovides stability with little extra weight. It follows the most varied movements with absolute ease. The frame combines with the body-hugging fit of the pack to create a comfortable yet compact carry system with even load distribution and effective load transfer.
PFAS free
This product is free from PFAS(per-and polyfluoroalkyl substances). PFAS have water, dirt and grease repellent properties but they are persistentchemicalsandharmful to people, animals, and theenvironment.
Instead, deuter uses durable water-repellent finishes (DWR) that are environmentally sound and harmless to human and animal health, and free from these‘forever chemicals’.
